Why buy a necklace and a mask separately when you can wear both at once? A client gave me the idea to try this with my butterfly masks and I really like the effect. If these masks look familiar, it's because they are my
White Peacock and
Red Spotted Purple Butterfly masks upgraded to this style with layers of elegant chain.
The masks have been carved from leather and meticulously detailed to emulate the texture of butterfly wings. They have been sealed with Satin varnish and are affixed to the face with dancer's ribbon.
These masks are currently for sale at
my Etsy shop. Get them while they're available because I will not be restocking leather items in my shop for a long while. I am taking a hiatus from leather crafting for an undetermined time while I am starting a new job. (More details on this hiatus
